We will begin the day by learning about Canadian artist Ted Harrison and his talent for transforming the landscape into vivid swirls of colour. We will create winter landscapes inspired by his artworks. After lunch, we will learn the magic of acrylic pouring and create stunning artwork on canvas. This class is suitable for beginners. In the afternoon, we'll craft some friends for our cute creations, making food and treats from clay and paper. Don't miss this creative day to explore your artistic side and take home your handmade felted piggies.

Join us for a day filled with creativity and fake snow! We'll start the day by crafting a winter scene using paper construction and boxes. After painting and decorating our scenes, we’ll have fun with self-drying clay and polymer clay and create charming figures and cute animals that live in our winter wonderland. The Japanese Footbridge
(painting, mixed media, air-clay)
Come and join us for the journey to Monet's garden in Giverny, where you'll be enchanted by the beauty of "The Japanese Footbridge." Together, we'll explore Monet's masterpiece by painting and creating mixed-media collages. In the afternoon, we will recreate our artwork from fluffy and colourful clay, adding details, shapes and different textures. This class is suitable for beginners. All Art materials are provided.

Holiday Programme Information
The Crafty Steps Holiday Programme is a skills-based introductory program, teaching simple Arts and Crafts techniques. Our programme is run in a small creative environment to nurture a passion for learning. The number of students is limited to ten to ensure the best learning outcomes and promote a fun experience for each student.
Each student must bring a drink bottle, morning tea and lunch. Fruit will be provided. If it is a wet day, please bring a raincoat or jacket.
Fees are to be paid at the time of booking. We do not refund Holiday Programme fees if your child is unwell to unable to attend. However, we will give you a credit to choose another programme or class in the future.
Caregivers are not required to stay during our class time.However, you are welcome to wait till your child is settled in and happy for you to leave.
