After School Classes
Looking for a magical way to spark creativity?
Crafty Steps' traditional art & craft classes in Christchurch empower children of all skill levels to develop new talents.
Our after-school classes run on Monday, Tuesdays & Wednesdays for 60 minutes on a term-by-term basis and are designed
for 6-12 year olds.
Buttercups
Monday 4 - 5pm
For boys & girls, 6-12 years old.

Cornflowers
Tuesday 4 - 5pm
For boys & girls, 6-12 years old.
(Space available for term 3)
Lilies
Wednesday 4 - 5pm
For boys & girls, 6-12 years old.

Term 3 2026 Program
1. Ice Castles inspired by Mary Blair - artists' study, collage, paper construction, acrylic paint and clay (3 classes)
2. Terracotta Warriors – inspiration from China – chalk pastel & symmetry (1 class)
3. Komodo Dragons – mixed media collage, watercolours & oil pastels (2 classes)
4. Spring Landscapes on canvas – acrylic paint, sewing & beads ( 2 classes )
5. The House in the Night – book inspiration – emphasis, line, space ( 1 class)
Spaces in each class are limited to 8 students; some classes may be full. Contact me for more options or check out our Saturday or Homeschooler classes.
